One Last Haircut

Don Chillstrom’s book One Last Haircut documents the life-changing experiences of accompanying a spouse with an incurable illness to the end of life.   It is a memorial for family and friends as well as a means to provide support and encouragement for others who may be experiencing or recovering from this unique, but all too common, journey.

Through his memories of the time and excerpts from the emails he sent to his family and friends, Don invites the reader into his and Dorothy’s intimate experience—and shares the gifts and blessings that can come from a painful period in ones life.

I have published several books, and publishing with Bill Huff was by far the most satisfying book publishing experience I've had. He makes a real effort to balance the author's gifts with the needs of the target audience. His suggestions for product development are well-founded and offered in a dignified manner. His assistance was outstanding at every stage of the process.
